Location:

  • Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our office in San Francisco is closed. We follow federal and local guidelines on pandemic protocol and reopening.
  • Until the office reopens, all employees are to work remotely from a location of their convenience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own delivery (plans, timeline, implementation) of Kinta's solution across our worldwide factories at our core strategic clients.
  • Leverage knowledge of manufacturing verticals to design project plans, test plans, and draft milestones and statements of work for client projects in factories.
  • Translate client needs and Kinta vision into concrete actionables.
  • Drive meetings, liaising with client stakeholders at the operational level to build workflow cadence and reportable progress.
  • Coordinate cross functionally across sales, engineering, and data analyst resources to push forward post-sales client implementations and development partnerships.
  • Ensure user acceptance of all Kinta deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of experience in program management or factory operations.
  • Must have experience in manufacturing industry and understands the challenges our clients face.
  • Understands the organization and sociology of large industrial manufacturing plants.
  • Fluent in driving technical, data-driven discussions.
  • Experience interfacing directly with clients independently.
  • Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking, and listening, with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Independent worker comfortable performing in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Organizational ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
