Your Opportunity:
The Manager of Risk/Risk Manager will drive our strategic product and technology vision for processing transactions safely.
What You’ll Do:
- Build long-term scalable instrumentation, monitoring and evaluation capabilities for performance, tracking, and insights
- Lead, develop and grow your Risk Analyst team
- Review, monitor and report on current fraud activities by reviewing transactions and chargebacks and establishing KPIs for fraud prevention
- Work along with the payments team to ensure payment optimization for highest level of payment acceptance to improve revenue and the customer experience
- Experience in multiple cross-functional teams working to ensure strong risk programs and fraud prevention
- Translate customer and internal user needs into clear, well-defined functional and technical requirements backed by data analysis and deep understanding of card acceptance and the card fraud landscape
- Provide regular updates to management on the efficacy of the fraud amp; risk management program
- Coordinate audits and compliance requirements for card brands, acquirers and third parties
- Act as a liaison and partner with crossfunctional teams to improve upon or mitigate any potential security threats to the company

Requirements
Your Qualifications:
- Equivalent experience and/or a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management
- 2+ years of experience working in risk management and experience with both eCommerce and card-present payments
- Analytical and data-driven: you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define amp; measure the success of your projects
- Proficient in GSuite or MS Office
