The Inside Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales, and be directly responsible for a team of 8-12 Inside Sales Representatives aka Payment Consultants, while driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading the sales team through on-going sales coaching and deal management. You will be measured on your teams’ performance along with your individual sales quota.

The candidate for this role will maximize the efforts of our sales teams, by providing consistent and effective leadership through training, coaching and motivating. This will provide an environment of constant growth and continued success allowing the company to grow and scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with senior leadership to develop and execute against strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand the company’s customer base
  • Recruit, hire, lead, train and mentor fantastic sales talent to identify, qualify, nurture and deliver results against monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
  • Cultivate and maintain a culture of perpetual coaching, routine enablement and servant leadership
  • Set, communicate and execute on clear objectives for individual team members
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, creating incentives and communication of overall results to the team
  • Effectively utilize of tools such as hubspot and dialpad along with other systems provided to improve sales performance and maintain proper data hygiene
  • Identify and communicate gaps and/or challenges to senior leadership. Prescribe and work towards desired solution and outcome
  • Gain a strong understanding of the payment processing space, Underwriting amp; Risk processes and guidelines, and Hubspot CRM operations
  • Conduct weekly individual pipeline reviews to assist with deal management and present accurate forecasting metrics
  • Continuously optimize Fattmerchant sales
