Job Description

Zenoti requires a Customer Marketing Director to help us deliver quality content and events to our customers, and to increase customer awareness of one another’s successes. Candidates for this role should be strong communicators, well organized, and excellent project managers. This role is responsible for the development of collateral and campaigns that drive customer engagement and advocacy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing department in a wildly successful business. As such, we are looking for an enthusiastic problem solver who is willing to help directly drive impactful artifacts.

Responsibilities

  • Determine customer marketing strategy and objectives: define what success looks like, and track the results of your efforts
  • Identify key customers for press releases, case studies and video testimonials; drive the design and production of quality and compelling customer stories
  • Regularly refresh our customer logos for the site and sales collateral
  • Create a referral program that generates pipeline each month
  • Synthesize research insights, user feedback, and tech trends into creative briefs and marketing messages that resonate with our customers
  • Manage a marketing calendar
  • Manage a customer email calendar for multiple business units
  • Lead a motivated, talented team of high performers

Additional qualifications

  • 2-4 years’ operating in relevant marketing disciplines
  • 4+ years’ team leadership
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with agency partners
