Job Description
As Zenoti steps up to the next phase of it’s growth, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director for Talent to lead the talent function for Zenoti's United States, Canada, and United Kingdom groups. The incumbent will be responsible for leading growth and recruitment efforts, guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs, with the overall strategic goal to make Zenoti an employer of choice.
What will I be doing?
- Lead the overall hiring effort, ensuring that Zenoti is well positioned to attract and engage premium talent from the market
- Be a business partner and talent advisor to leaders
- Partner with Talent COEs to align on program design and implementation
- Effectively implement and administer compensation and benefits programs
- Manage the tracking, reporting and interpretation of key performance indicators and metrics
- Review, analyze and make recommendations on all talent systems and processes
- Manage day to day talent operations
- Manage employer reviews on social media driving positive reviews and ratings
- Be the custodian of employee experience and uphold employee engagement
- Ensure the company’s Talent programs, policies, and procedures comply with all current federal and state employment and labor laws
- Stay current on changes to employment laws and applicable payroll, employee benefits, and human resource policies and procedures
- Lead, coach and mentor the HR Team
- Cultivate a strong company culture aligned to the vision of the organization
- Be a champion for the people and culture of Zenoti as we continue to grow
What skills do I need?
- Experience leading, coaching and mentoring HR teams in high-growth companies
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively advocate ideas and influence internal and external audiences.
- Must be creative, resourceful and flexible in response to the environment of a growing organization
- Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and responsibilities in a fast-paced, results driven environment
- Sound judgement and the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information relating to Talent
- Experience of talent acquisition is essential
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
- 8+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources management experience
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
