About the job


We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives to help build and maintain our sales pipeline and to help our sales team work smarter. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Sales, and collaborating closely with our Marketing Team, you’ll source, drive, and build relationships with prospects across your assigned territory.

What you will do


Proactively work in a POD sales model with an assigned Account Executive to effectively prospect within an assigned territory and create leads for your sales team. You will be focused on emailing, cold calling, and working a defined outbound sales methodology to create the opportunities needed for your team to meet and exceed quota.

What you bring:


  • Ability to source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for product demonstrations and illumination calls
  • Comfort supporting an Outbound Sales Model combined with Inbound leads
  • An ability to deliver compelling messages around challenges employers face in the market
  • Clearly, communicating ThisWay Global’s value propositions to prospects
  • Providing support to Account Executive team as needed

Requirements

You will thrive in this role with:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant business development experience
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with strong results
  • Able to think strategically and tactically to create interest and opportunity
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Executive presence in working with senior leadership in the prospect companies
  • In-depth experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams (product management, customer success, marketing, )
  • An asset: experience with Challenger Sales
