- Work with our large retail customer to maintain merchandising best practices
- Build relationships with store personnel
- Drive business using your selling skills.
We'll provide product training on industry leading brands such as DEWALT, Craftsman, Stanley, Black amp; Decker, IRWIN, Lenox and Porter-Cable.
Requirements
- Able to pass a background check (drugs, driving record, criminal record)- Valid driver's license required
- Strong understanding of merchandising, sales, retail practices, and store operations.- Goal-oriented, self-driven and successful when working independently and in a team-based environment.
- Persuasive in the use of selling skills and a strong problem solver to achieve desired results.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities.
- Able to lift 75 pounds, down stock merchandise, and climb up and down ladders
- Organizational skills to maximize efficiency during store calls.
- Ability to strategically solve day-to-day store operational issues and effectively overcome objections and obstacles.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think outside the box to create solutions and a willingness to learn new concepts and take feedback constructively. - - Enthusiasm for labor-intensive activities and working with your hands.
- Technically savvy and the ability to use a hand-held device such as a smart phone and laptop.
