We are looking for an experienced social media people that can volunteer to handle B2C social media at least one day per week to get the word out about WorkThisWay.
What is WorkThisWay?
In response to the lay offs caused by pandemic we have joined forces with another startup in LA, called Maslo.ai, to provide free access to job matching and a Career Companion so that people can gets job more quickly.
We are doing this through the generosity of partners and benefactors and are working evenings and weekends to make this a reality. It would be amazing to have the help of experienced social media experts.
Requirements
Ability to communicate in a respectful and empathetic manner
Willingness to work collaboratively with several companies.
Understanding that you may have access to personal, job seeker conversations that can not be disclosed.
Genuine willingness to help people find jobs in this current job crisis.
Prior social media experience with B2C.
Ability to effectively communicate in a time when job seekers are stressed and need real guidance.

This position is strictly 'volunteer' and is an unpaid position. We are not a non-profit.
