Job Description

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to work directly as the right hand to the Account Management team members. This person will assist with the daytoday contact of existing company accounts, offering client support, and is responsible for supporting the success of Fluent advertiser accounts. In this role, you will learn how to establish relationships with clients, develop an understanding of client needs and account challenges, coordinate campaign launches, track budgets, compare revenue, input billable stats and monitor campaign activity.

You will be in charge of production, reporting and coordinating with other internal teams, such as Operations, Creative, Sales, Media and Technical Support, and assist Account Managers with all projects. The ideal candidate will work with the teams to ensure delivery, goals and objectives put forth by the clientand senior level managementare met.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and thoroughly understand Fluent’s business model and objectives, including our array of product offerings, and being able to effectively apply it through internal and external interactions
  • Support daytoday client interactions and support Account Management in the crossselling and upselling of existing advertisers
  • Perform a daily analysis of key performance metrics to track and monitor campaigns, and ensure goals are being met
  • Participate in campaign strategy, targeting and optimization; identify areas for scale and growth within accounts
  • Obtain performance metrics from clients to reconcile delivery and billing
  • Set up and maintain master advertiser document to include key account updates and communications
  • Facilitate in the prelaunch process by gathering relevant information from clients and working with internal teams to ensure a successful and efficient launch
  • Pull internal reports and assist in client reporting

Requirements

  • Experience working with data and numbers is vital

  • Naturally curious and demonstrates an eagerness to learn

  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong understanding of general marketing/advertising concepts and methods
  • 12 years of professional experience at a media, tech or digital marketing company, within a client facing role preferred
  • BA/BS degree
