Job Description

WWC Global is currently seeking an Analyst for a high visibility program providing training and exercise support to U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). SOF Intelligence Analyst/Trainer (SME IV) personnel plan, direct, and coordinate the activities required to execute the various portions of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC). The Joint Exercise Life Cycle includes all the events and actions required to plan, execute, and evaluate major training events that prepare SOF for operations in support of the nation’s strategic initiatives. SOF Intelligence Analyst/Trainer (SME IV) are the senior operational experts who provide leadership to contract Special Operations and Exercise personnel as they work to plan, execute and evaluate portions of the JELC. Supported entities include, but are not limited to: USSOCOM Battle staff, Geographical Combatant Commands, Exercises, Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) and Partner Nations.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Minimum of 10 years of SOF intelligence experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of recent experience serving in a SOF operational level HQs or Joint Task Force at the O4-O6/GG/GS13-15/CW3-CW5 level.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills; proven skills in formal classroom delivery.
  • Valid driver’s license (proof of which will be required after hire) and ability to qualify for and maintain WWC Global liability insurance through a clean driving record.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with the Joint Training System (JTS), development of Master Scenario Events Lists (MSELs), scripting events, exercise and scenario design, and exercise management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a platform instructor in a Professional Military Education/training environment.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience directly interfacing with senior staff (COL and GO/FO) at the TSOCs, Components, GCCs, Services, Interagency, and partner nation J2s.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (JIPOE) and the intelligence planning process.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in joint operations and operational-strategic level SOF planning.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience mentoring seniors, peers, and juniors (civilian and active duty); leading intelligence seminars and briefing academic and operational materials; and professionally liaising and coordinating with senior officers and staff leadership across functional areas.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience preparing exercise and road-to-war scenarios that replicate realistic environments and threats for SOF exercises.
