Job Description

WWC Global is seeking a senior-level Identity Intelligence Doctrine amp; Policy Senior Analyst (I2 SME) to support the Department of Defense Intelligence Identity Division (I2) efforts involving policy engagement, concept development, and strategic communication, advisory and staffing, capability development, architecture development, doctrine and training development, and data management. This position will provide an in-depth knowledge and understanding of DoD I2 policy and doctrine to support integrating, training and educational development of DoD I2D capabilities across the Department.

This position may require travel CONUS, OCONUS and within the National Capital Region (NCR) to attend meetings and conferences.

This position will:

  • Create and staff documentation needed to define current, proposed, or future DoD I2 capabilities. This documentation shall define the portions of the DIE that support the DoD intelligence effort at the tactical, operations, and strategic levels and provides a basis of reference for enduring capabilities
  • Support Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) efforts relating to DoD I2. This includes supporting the production and staffing of Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), and DOTMLPF-P Change Recommendations (DCR). This support shall also include participation in DoD, Interagency, and IC working groups, sub-working groups, and other forums involving the development of I2 capabilities
  • Develop capabilities to be interoperable with other identity management capabilities and systems, both internal and external to DoD, to maximize effectiveness, efficiencies, and interoperability within DoD, the Interagency, and IC. System development and capability implementation strategies shall be harmonized, integrated, and unified with identity protection and management stakeholder organizations to ensure consistency with DoD identity management policies, principles, directives, and vision
  • Develop I2 training documents and products required to institutionalize I2 within DoD
  • Develop a cooperative training approach with other IC and DoD elements, including DoD Services and CCMD's, and develop, promote, and provide I2 doctrinal materials, curricula, and courses to professionalize the force within DoD and the IC
  • Develop and further refine I2 training documents, curricula, and products to support training courses and educational programs required to professionalize the force and institutionalize I2 within the IC, DIE, and DoD
  • Facilitate the overall integration of I2D within the DoD counterintelligence and law enforcement disciplines

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis, counterintelligence, or law enforcement experience //or// specialized training and 10+ years of intelligence analysis, counterintelligence, or law enforcement experience; or equivalent intelligence, counterintelligence, or law enforcement academic experience.
  • Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
