Job Description:

Cubii is looking for an experienced Director of Supply Chain to join our Operations Department. The Supply Chain leader should be passionate about bringing structure, savings, and efficiencies to supply chain operations. This role will report to the VP of Operations and will oversee inventory, logistics, and operations, and be responsible for all things associated with supply chain, from setting strategic goals to monitoring day to day progress. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, ready to roll up their sleeves, and deliver impact from day one in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management Build and drive SIamp;OP process with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and working capital. Always cognizant of customer satisfaction, while streamlining planning amp; execution.
2. Purchasing Develop supplier relationships to improve cost savings and mitigate risks. Ensure timely issuance of orders with good inventory balance across multiple warehouses.
3. Logistics Work with freight vendors to optimize cost and service, ensuring on-time performance. Monitor carriers / logistic partners and communicate potential impacts to relevant parties.
4. Operations Work with 3PLs both domestically and internationally with familiarity of system integration and / or warehouse moves.
5. Performance Management Provide leadership and coaching to the supply chain team and upgrade overall department function and output. Develop, track, and monitor KPIs for the Operations Department including enhancement recommendations.
6. Planning Combine experience with innovative approaches and working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors / suppliers to grow the company to scale.
7. Key Projects Explore automation and technology integrations to drive continuous improvements and support resource planning, SOP development and documentation.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in distributed environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• Strong business and technical acumen with advanced working knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent analytical mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with supply chain operations in ecommerce and / or mass-retail channels.
• Values collaboration and seeks opportunities to build relationships both internally with cross-functional teams and externally with suppliers.
• Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
• Possess cost-centered mindset while ensuring highest SLA.
