That’s where you come in: we're looking for an Operations professional to help us scale and who loves solving hard problems through insightful analysis, fast action, and amazing teamwork.

Operations Manager

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to own several projects specifically supporting our Product Development amp; Release Operations. You will work closely with the operations leadership to provide insights, lead initiatives, and communicate clear progress to goals. The Operations team leads mission-critical, cross-functional efforts, delivers actionable analysis and insights, incubates new roles and teams, and drives results on our highest strategic priorities. Additionally, you will help identify the best opportunities to improve processes and drive business growth with a high degree of independence. About You:

  • You have proven experience managing complex projects and are ready for the next step in your career
  • You will lead the team on the ground, taking on key projects to ensure a successful phased expansion as well as improve performance and productivity
  • Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and launch features that create an extraordinary experience for our key customer and user segments
  • You eat KPIs for breakfast, enjoy being involved in the day-to-day operations, have a natural leadership ability and have built out multi-disciplinary teams
  • Perform analyses and research that help us make great strategic decisions
  • Partner with other teams to help them execute on important strategic initiatives or drive operational scale and efficiency


Job Responsibilities/Major Functions:

  • Plan, lead and execute multiple cross functional projects with minimal guidance
  • Use data-driven, analytical approaches to surface insights and uncover solutions to strategic business problems for our core teams
  • Skilled in value stream mapping or process mapping
  • Define enterprise architecture for company-wide systems; run data analyses to promote a deep and holistic understanding of business performance, growth drivers, trends, and identify improvement areas
  • Identify opportunities for scale and automation, and blueprint the systems necessary to create long-term efficiencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required, Masters degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in an Operations or Project Management or similar role
  • Experienced configuring systems and implementing business automation
  • Advanced to expert fluency working with spreadsheets
  • Advanced to expert fluency in building presentations
  • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to pitch recommendations to both technical and non-technical leadership audiences, backed by complex analyses
  • Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to learn quickly
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and work with key stakeholders across different departments
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to evolve business and product strategy based on research, data, and industry
  • You learn technology quickly and navigate it with ease
