Who You Are:
Our client is looking for a Senior Product Development Owner to lead product teams to execute the delivery of assigned products. The Senior Product Development Owner will define strategic product solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of customer and business needs, organizational objectives, and existing systems infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
- You will drive the design, development, and implementation of assigned products.
- You will maintain and execute product roadmaps.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of user experience flow, wireframes, and user interaction sequences.
- You will create product vision with a focus on minimum viable product (MVP).
- You will develop and create use case strategies, backlog resolutions, and test activities.
- You will analyze current/target state processes and flows and provide support for the architectural runway.
- You will drive sprints in an Agile environment.
- You will assess and prioritize defects and perform production validation.
- You will ensure achievement of KPIs and product milestones/deliverables.
Requirements
What You Have:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
- You have at least 6 years of experience in developing software; banking/finance/lending experience preferred.
- You are a SAFe Certified Product Owner.
- You have excellent relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- You have strong communication skills, including clear written, verbal and presentation skills.
- You have the ability to adapt to change and work under pressure, working in an agile environment.
- You have proven experience in product management supporting all phases of the product lifecycle using project methodology.
