Client Services Representative - CSR
Full Time Position
Position involves speaking with clients on the phone, via chat, or via email to assist them with service offerings, service status and use of our website. Individuals will be trained in Regulatory Requirements specifically in Aviation, in order to provide professional help-desk support to businesses and individuals. The CSR answers product and service questions, suggests information about other service offerings and processes information to comply with various regulatory programs.
Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. This position interacts with business professionals; therefore, CSR candidates must be quick-learners and eager to assist our clients. In addition to high call volumes, duties include data entry and ensuring data is completed correctly. Attention to detail is a must. Pleasant, professional and patient demeanor is required while handling customer complaints or issues. Willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overtime when needed are also essential.
The office uses Macintosh computers, so MAC proficiency is a plus but not required. Bilingual is also a plus but not required. At a minimum, eligible candidates must be computer-proficient and know how to type without looking at the keyboard. Accurate typing speed of 50 wpm is a plus. Applicants must also be at least 21 years old and US Citizens, and are subject to pre-employment and recurrent background checks in addition to pre-employment and recurrent skills assessments. Prior Customer Service (PC/Phones) is highly recommended. All successful candidates will be asked to complete knowledge testing. Serious candidates only need apply.
