Job Description
Think you have what it takes to be a dryer sheet packing Ninja and want to smell fresh everyday you leave work? Then apply for the Langen Machine Operator openings at our Moore Road manufacturing plant. This manufacturing job can be broken down into 3 phases.
1. Stacking Sheets position: Specific sized dryer sheets move on a manufacturing line to the 1st Langen Operator to be hand-stacked to the proper height based on the sheet count for specific carton size
2. Sliding Sheets into Cartons: The dryer sheets now move towards the next operator to be slid into the cartons in real time speed - this is a fast paced position that takes practice but becomes a fun job.
3. Packing the Completed Cartons: Finished cartons moved to the packaging position and packed into boxes ending the manufacturing process.

Shift Available -
C shift 12 Hrs / Fri - Sun / 6am to 6pm / Work 36 hrs - get paid 40 hrs.

Other duties include:
- Complete cleaning/sanitization of machine(s) in accordance with established guidelines.
- Complete quality checks utilizing visual inspection.
- Complete setup or changeover of machine(s) to include loading with components, solution, and packaging materials.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized production line and work area.
- Assist with waste removal from line and/or plant.
- Assist with packing duties (i.e. palletizing, packing cases) as needed.
- Process all required paperwork accurately and timely.
- Observe all safety and quality procedures while completing required duties.

- Legible handwriting to complete paperwork.
- Willingness to coach and train new employees as needed.
- Ability to apply common sense to solve daily problems as they arise.

- The ability to work independently, however mostly working as part of a group/team.
- Confident in developing relationships at various levels.
- Committed to delivering superior quality products and services.
- Maintain and promote strong work ethics and uphold all KTP policies and procedures.
