Job Description

Our people are our greatest asset and we're committed to creating an environment where we all thrive doing what we love.The Lasso Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for managing the day-to-day interactions with our key strategic accounts. This individual will work closely with our Sales team to cultivate senior-level relationships, provide programmatic, social, and email consultation, and ensure our clients are wildly successful on the marketing initiatives they’re running across the Lasso operating system.

About the Job

  • Act as the day-to-day named point of contact for a list of client accounts
  • Drive partnership value by developing an understanding of the client’s business, their technical challenges, capabilities and goals, as well as the advertising technology industry and competitive landscape
  • Provide support in handling internal operational tasks and projects, including reporting, data gathering and campaign troubleshooting
  • Own researching, planning, trafficking, execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns on behalf of Lasso’s managed service clients
  • Consistently monitor and analyze campaigns to ensure full delivery and performance expectations are met
  • Communicate buying strategies, testing and outcomes, and new opportunities through strong storytelling and data-driven analysis
  • Leverage your expertise to improve best practice documentation and client facing articles
  • Escalate client feedback to product and engineering teams

Requirements


Must Have:

  • Experience in media
  • Able to prioritize work based on strategic value and self-manage across multiple projects
  • Passion for building client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet client needs
  • Excitement for start-up experience

Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of digital media buying and/or hands-on experience with programmatic buying platforms
  • Knowledge of paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook
  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, etc.)
  • Knowledge of agency media planning process, including how programmatic fits alongside social, email and TV
  • Knowledge of SQL
