Overview
Our Digital Services team is seeking experienced Senior Analysts to immediately support a high-profile government contract. This hands-on customer services position will facilitate the operations and development team activities including back-office testing, development, and operations and maintenance (OS patching, performance monitoring) for new systems and related upgrades to help ensure the integrity of the cloud-based hosting infrastructure for tenants. If you are detail-oriented and have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with direct experience in IT application modernization and migration, Azure Cloud, Agile Scrum, and Kanban, we want to hear from you!
Location
The primary worksite is at a Government facility in Washington, DC however teleworking may be approved for an alternate worksite. (Due to Covid-19 Work Remotely Temporarily)

Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding business requirements so that they may be accurately translated in system requirements
- Understanding the design of moderately complex information systems so that functional issues may be understood and business requirements can be properly defined for software development.
- Helping to define how information systems may be upgraded or replaced
- Conducting trade-off analyses on business and technical requirements
- he ability to quickly develop a working understanding of the applicable programming languages, operating systems and databases that will be used on the projects and programs
- Developing procedures, manuals and other documentation for information systems
- Assisting in the development of enterprise data processes
- Assisting in the development of procedures, manuals and other documentation in support of complex information systems
- Problem-solving, and critical thinking skills combined with situational awareness and adaptability in the face of challenging circumstances.
- Experience directly responding to customer issues and providing excellent customer service verbally and in writing.
- Able to generate and distribute reports to various teammates
- Provide administrative support such as recording meeting minutes for the customer and internal meetings as needed
Requirements
- Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in systems analysis and design of information systems programs
- Advanced analytics skills
- Experience with desired technologies will vary based on years of experience. Be prepared to discuss the technologies below which you have experience with from previous projects:
- SharePoint
- Teams
- Microsoft Office products
- Atlassian (including, but not limited to Jira/Confluence)
- Experience working with customers in the Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Bachelor’s degree
