ROSEWOOD is looking for a Jr. Creative with an art direction focus to support creative development and execution across our diverse portfolio of top tier clients. The role of a Jr. Creative is fast-paced and requires quick execution and superb leadership. The ideal candidate is collaborative, curious and hungry, with a genuine passion for entertainment and an understanding of how it shapes culture.
Responsibilities
- Conceive, craft and execute great concepts on time and on strategy
- Bring concepts to life visually through multimedia design, photography, video and more.
- Build pitch decks with insight driven concepts and innovative executions.
- Help manage design requests and delegate to team members.
- Work closely with the Brand and Production teams to prioritize requests.
- Support the creation and interpretation of creative client briefs to conduct brainstorms.
- Drive best practices across all social and media platforms.
- Ensure detail-oriented quality control with all concepts and versions.
- Effectively communicate challenges and opportunities up to Sr. Creatives, ACDs and ECD.
- Continually survey and discuss art and cultural trends and happenings.
- Relentlessly develop and enhance your art directing and concepting skill sets.
- Inspire and build with other creatives
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of developing strategic creative for brands.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for social-first storytelling.
- Expert understanding of design methods, history and terminology.
- Proficient in Keynote, Google Drive, Adobe CS and Trello.
- Understanding of best practices in social and traditional advertising.
- Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
