We are looking for?an Account Executive?- Education, someone who is?looking to make an impact as part of a growing, award-winning organization.?This is a remote position so you can work from any location which allows you to align your?workday?hours with Eastern Standard Time. Travel will be required after pandemic restrictions are lifted.

Our Educational assessments are designed for school psychologists, special education personnel and counselors to assess and initiate plans for mental health, behavior and learning concerns in K-12 students.

THE JOB

Reporting to the Manager, Business Development, you will be a key member of a team focused on driving revenue growth and maintaining MHS’ brand as a leader in providing innovative digital assessment solutions to?net new customers in the Education industry.

Through?customer consultation,?solutions-oriented presentations, conference attendance, opportunity pipeline management,?networking, and providing optimal customer support and experience,?you will target School Districts that meet a?specific identified criterion.

Effectively liaising with Business Development and Marketing, your key areas of responsibility include:

  • Quota Attainment - bring a Hunter mentality to meet/exceed?monthly/quarterly sales objectives.
  • Territory Planning- develop and document the strategy to build 3x pipeline of qualified sales opportunities within a defined target market.
  • Demand Generation - create demand for MHS’ offerings within a defined sales territory/vertical/ideal customer profile.
  • Lead and progress the sales cycle-drive sales process through to completion.
  • Actively?utilize and maintain Dynamics 365 (CRM) to document, plan?and pursue leads, opportunities, contacts, and activities.
  • Continually increase sales and create value by analyzing customer needs, synthesizing information, and creating and executing innovative?solutions that result in opportunities with new customers and enhance relationships with existing customers.
  • Plan, organize and deliver?small-to-large group assessment trainings?and demonstrations?in person and via the?web on MHS assessment solutions, in order to?demonstrate the value of the product in meeting customers’ needs.
  • Attend, exhibit, and present?at regional and national educational conferences and conventions to?engage new prospects and?increase MHS’ exposure.
  • Develop an understanding of the political and public policy framework?to?better provide?appropriate?solutions to customers.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the sales process and what is required for products to be successful.
  • Acquire maximum knowledge of the?Education?products?and solutions, including digital solutions such as Application Program Interfaces (APIs)?to?best anticipate and serve customers’ needs.
  • Utilize social media to connect and engage with?net new?customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to?net new?customers.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments at MHS as needed?to?achieve MHS’ strategic aims.
  • Operate?successfully within a remote work environment with?travel as required in the territory to?fulfill?the above key success factors.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

Ideally you are a self-starter who is highly organized and can deliver against ambitious goals. You have strong negotiation and conflict management skills, and use a problem-solving approach, including the ability to effectively handle objections and bring issues to a win-win conclusion. You can operate successfully within a remote work environment with?travel as required in the territory . In addition, you bring:

  • 3-5 years of Sales experience in the?Education?industry, university degree with a master's degree/Ph.D./Psy.D.?(Psychology/Educational, Psychology/Counselling, Mental Health, Other Related Field or Experience), is preferred
  • Outstanding communication, organization and strategic marketing skills required.
  • Experience in a Consultative Selling or a Consulting environment would be a significant asset and selling to?many?stakeholders with varying/competing
