Through customer consultation, solutions orientated presentations, attending conferences, opportunity pipeline management, networking, and providing optimal customer support and experience, you are responsible for directly contributing to revenue growth and maintaining MHS’ brand as a leader in providing innovative digital assessment solutions to the healthcare industry. Our customers work in hospitals, medical centers, counselling centers, state departments of behavioural health, EHR companies, and other healthcare related agencies. This territory covers all the United States and can be done from any location within the continental United States


  • Continually increase sales and create value by analyzing customer needs and creating innovative solutions that result in new customers and enhance relationships with existing customers.
  • Annual business planning and budgeting to develop new opportunities and maintain current business, and grow MHS revenue through regular and disciplined customer outreach including social media, presentations, training, and meetings.
  • Plan, organize and deliver small-to-large group assessment training sessions and demonstrations in person and via the web to demonstrate the value of the products in meeting customers’ needs.
  • Attend, exhibit, and present at regional and national healthcare conferences/conventions in order to engage new prospects and increase MHS’ exposure.
  • Develop an understanding of the political and public policy framework to better provide appropriate solutions to customers.
  • Effectively liaise with Business Development Manager and Marketing as part of a team-based approach to sales.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and conflict management skills (problem-solving approach), including the ability to effectively handle objections, and bring issues to a win-win conclusion
  • Actively utilize and maintain Dynamics365 CRM application to document, plan and pursue all existing/potential business leads amp; opportunities on a daily basis.
  • Operate within a flexible work arrangement allowing for a combination of work from home and report to corporate office as pre-arranged with manager, travel as required in the territory to fulfill the above key success factors.


  • University degree (Psychology/Mental Health/Other related Field or Experience) with 3 to 5 years’ experience in the field preferred.
  • Experience in a Consultative Selling or a Consulting environment
  • Outstanding communication, organization and strategic marketing skills required.
  • Experience in public speaking and presenting.
  • Computer literate (CRM, Microsoft Office Suite w/ experience using Excel Pivot Tables)
  • Proven teamwork and relationship skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to Travel up to 25% of time in both the United States
  • Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Private, designated home office space to work remotely when not traveling.


We offer a competitive base salary, plus commissions and our commission plan has no cap. We also offer a Profit Sharing Plan, competitive Health, Dental, 401K, a healthcare spending account and 3 weeks vacation with an additional 10 paid personal days.
