Complex Collective is Complex Networks' primary audience insights product and a direct line into a community of 30,000+ high-intent and diverse young people from all over the world. We’re searching for an experienced Community Manager (Freelance) to help us expand research capacity and community engagement efforts. Collective provides first-party audience insights for both internal business initiatives and for brand partners across all verticals, combining quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable and effective insight narratives.
As Community Manager, you’ll be conducting audience-facing insight-gathering exercises across a wealth of engagement platforms including social, web, direct and proprietary channels while interfacing directly with Complex Collective’s members to maintain engagement and to nurture community. You will work directly with the General Manager and Head of Strategy in building, deploying, optimizing research in the form of surveys, focus groups, interviews, and then analyzing/synthesizing data towards ultimate end use cases.
The ideal candidate is curious about behavior generally and audience trends + habits specifically, has an interest in core Complex affinities, and desires to understand the world through the application of contextual data across a wide degree of topical ranges, including but certainly not limited to Politics, Identity, Social Influence, Gaming, Sports Culture, just to name a few.
You will play a key role in understanding client and internal team goals, developing and executing research agendas, and applying research insights to client projects. You're an integral member of the Collective research team working to develop data-driven, grounded campaigns and client products.
