COMPLEX is currently seeking a qualified JuniorWeb Developer to join our Marketing Web Operations team within the Digital Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Interactive ad applications and ad services for Complex Media.
Responsibilities:
- Development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements of the existing advertising and promotional web, video, and mobile web applications.
- Involved in all aspects of the application development lifecycle: idea, development, QA, documentation, implementation, etc.
- Adhere to project schedules and effectively report progress to meet challenging deadlines.
- Stay knowledgeable of the industry standards and trends.

Requirements
MUST HAVE:
- 2+ years of experience in Web development and production.
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Hands on knowledge of JS, jQuery and any popular JS MVC framework.
- Working knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatible dynamic web, video and mobile web applications.
- Experience with IDE development tools, version control systems (Git) and debugging tools.
- Nice to have:
- Working knowledge of JSON/REST/XML/SOAP Web Services.
- Experience with automation tools such as Yeoman, Grunt, Gulp, or others.
- Familiarity with SEO standards and techniques.
- Advertising agency experience.
