Complex Networks is seeking an eCommerce Coordinator to join our SHOP team. This individual will help support with the day-to-day commerce operations and help coordinate the roll-out of our exclusive product programs, streamlining the workflow of requests and deliverables between SHOP and other teams.


The SHOP recently celebrated its one-year anniversary, as a Buyer’s Guide that curates the best new products, brands, and trends in style and for home.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with key owners (content amp; merchandising) to ensure the delivery of all assets on time.
  • Manage ongoing maintenance support and day-to-day updates for the SHOP, including updating inventory, buyer’s guide content, and email marketing.
  • Manage product profiles, ensuring all necessary attributes on appropriate marketplaces without error - working with our technology partner (Bonsai) to confirm the product uploads in the system are correct.
  • Perform regular product catalog checks to ensure ongoing quality of catalog listings, troubleshooting and resolving product listing errors when necessary.
  • Partner with various internal amp; external teams to support the operations and proactively identify issues and opportunities. This includes our Distribution Center (via Loyalist) and our tech partner (Bonsai).
  • Support owned and operated product program launches, managing the communication with our vendors, and working with our design and brand teams for timely product releases.
  • Work with Customer Service/Distribution Center in resolving issues relating to; order inquiries, fulfillment updates, FAQ amp; consumer-facing product data.
  • Support the coordination for web-related tasks via a ticketing system (Trello)
  • Understanding functionality and reports in Shopify
  • Knowledge of office programs (Excel amp; Word) along with all Google Drive programs
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of eCommerce experience with the Shopify platform
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and execute projects in a timely manner
  • Rooted in the worlds of all things streetwear culture, hip-hop and sneakers.
