Complex Networks is searching for an experienced Manager of, Account Management, Revenue Operations to join our team. Do you have what it takes to be our next superstar Manager and lead a team of Account Managers? You will work closely with internal departments as well as agencies to ideate and execute each campaign flawlessly. Accuracy, efficiency, analysis, and the ability to work independently while meeting numerous pressing deadlines are vital to being successful in this position.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the Revenue Operations teams with media planning and account management tasks and processes, reporting analysis, and special projects, with a focus on post-sale.
  • The 1st line of escalation for the Revenue Operations Account Management team, focused on understanding sales performance, managing processes and driving insights and improvements from leading indicators
  • Discover and drive performance improvements across the teams, tools and processes we use and help to build the foundation for us to continue to scale at speed
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, and partner strongly with our Sales and Strategy teams to enable reporting and information gathering to drive business alignment across the organization
  • Provide proactive insights to clients based on business acumen and data analysis, be able to identify issues and recommend action plans
  • Direct management of account managers, providing direction and training to account managers to maintain best practice execution of our post-sale workflows
  • Implement, document, enforce processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of sales data, sharing regular feedback with management
  • Define, document, and maintain RevOps policies across divisions and geographies to encourage the right behavior and alignment with our bookings policy and SaaS revenue model
  • Be a passionate advocate and partner with internal teams to understand and solve complex Ops issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations roles, or Financial Analyst roles
  • You must have a bias towards action, proven manager and leader, can dig deep into the data, and have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • An excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Revenue Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM and OMS applications, lead generation, reporting, forecasting, territory management, compensation planning, and sales quotas)
  • Strong competency with Excel, business models, pivot tables, charts and graphs
  • Ability to synthesize information into actionable insights and contribution to both creating and executing business strategies
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask are critical
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment
