Complex Networks is seeking an experienced Manager, Platform Strategy to join the Paid Media team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key partnerships with video platforms, social platforms, and news aggregators while maximizing growth according to our KPI goals on all Complex Networks platforms.
  • Maintain platform partner communications and relationship management while constantly working to improve performance according to our XX and identify additional growth opportunities.
  • Lead strategy for YouTube, managing and socializing best practices to department leads
  • Identify assets needed to create cohesive multi-platform content plans to drive audience engagement across Complex Networks' social/digital platforms.
  • Leverage knowledge of individual platforms and audience behavior to ensure cohesive content strategies across the board
  • Manage feedback between internal teams and platforms.
  • Assist in driving innovative projects and initiatives in partnerships with stakeholders in editorial and product teams.
  • Partner with content production teams to identify and direct content opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally to proactively monitor performance of our content across the multi-platform landscape and utilize that information to inform future strategies
  • Manage YouTube Analytics reporting and campaign performance
  • Be the main POC for platform partners, including setting agendas and running update meetings.
  • Assist in reporting and insights across platforms to maximize engagement and monetization properties have maximum market share.

Requirements

  • B.A./B.S in related field required
  • 5+ media experience in digital media including YouTube amp; social platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams; Google docs; Keynote
  • Knowledge of the competitive digital media landscape
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience of delivering reports and ensuring follow-through on recommended actions
  • Excellent presentation/client interfacing skills
  • Solid project management skills
