Job Description

Complex Networks is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Experiential to join the Events team.

Responsibilities

  • Directly lead the planning, production, and execution of our live events, with specific attention to the objectives of each initiative
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission•Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies•Build and manage production budgets and oversee event timelines, vendor relationships, brand partners and approvals
  • Build, manage and execute the production and show schedules for each live event•Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Responsible for quality control of team’s event production output and sets expectations for what success looks like
  • Deliver creative elements on time and within budget•Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics

Requirements

  • Understanding of the Complex Networks brands, verticals and community we serve
  • College graduate with a (BA or BS degree) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, events, and show production
  • Production experience, including understanding of staging, lighting, and branding
  • Passion for lifestyle, fashion/sneakers, music, sports, gaming, and pop culture
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Strong understanding of talent needs
