Responsibilities:
- Execution and in app implementation of all aspects of user interface, from style-guides to motion graphics
- Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and engineers to ensure a consistent, high quality user interface that is accurately represented in our cross platform applications
- Create and maintain overall user interaction plan, including design guidelines, transitions, and conventions across multiple platforms (Desktop, Mobile, VR, AR)
- Deliver prototypes of new interactions that translate between VR, Desktop, and Mobile interfaces
- Effectively communicate and deliver UI concepts and code, to design and engineering teams across multiple time zones and cultures
- Work with research and focus groups to refine and perfect all UI systems and controls
Requirements
Baseline
- Experience building and delivering user interface designs
- Extensive experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, Unity, Unreal software
- Demonstrated understanding of User Interaction design principles, including portfolio of work
- Knowledge and demonstrative skills within Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other UI authoring software
- Knowledge of various programming languages
- Self-motivated, good communicator, and a great team-player!
Bonus Points
- Past experience and enthusiasm for the challenge of adapting UI/UX across different platforms (web / desktop / mobile / immersive / AR / VR) so that it feels consistent and natural
- Past experience working with VR/AR content and understanding what makes these mysterious worlds so enticing
- Honest and heartfelt desire to make the world a better place
