Job Description

Snowe is seeking an organized, communicative, and highly motivated team member to manage company-wide administrative duties and lend support to the Co-CEOs and COO. This role will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and collaborate with all team members. The ideal candidate is someone who is a skilled multitasker, able to take on tasks both big and small, is an organizational pro, and loves fostering a positive work environment.

Our NYC-based team is currently operating remotely and we will consider exceptional candidates who wish to work remotely permanently.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and oversee company-wide administrative processes including systems account management (TriNet, Google, Slack, etc.), legal and administrative documentation, and more.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes by managing the applicant tracking system, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and organizing trainings.
  • Play an active role in building culture by coordinating company-wide meetings, celebrations, social events, team retreats, etc.
  • Support Rachel Cohen amp; Andres Modak (Co-CEOs/Co-Founders) and Erica Peppers (Chief Operating Officer) on general administrative duties, meeting scheduling, documentation support, press opportunities, etc.
  • Manage the future office re-opening and subsequent day-to-day operations of the office. Ensure the work space is organized, well-stocked, and conducive for collaboration.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the office by greeting guests, coordinating vendors, and liaising with building management.
  • Provide ad hoc executional support on special company-wide or team-wide projects and events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative/executive assistant, office manager, or related role
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
  • Intelligent problem solver who can work autonomously, figure it out, and manage up when needed
  • Skilled communicator able to work with a variety of different personalities
  • Capable of handling confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail with a love for process and organization
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves to take on nitty-gritty executional tasks that come with an administrative support role and an early-stage company
