As we continue to increase our inventory flow, we are looking for a Purchasing Manager who specializes in personal care category to work with our ops team to ensure an efficient and effective supply chain.
What you will do:
- Monitor replenishment requests from the inventory planner.
- Create POs to fulfill the replenishment requests.
- Follow POs closely to ensure on-time production.
- 3-way matching.
- Price and payment terms negotiation
- Vendor performance analysis.
Who you are:
- Experienced in personal care category.
- Previous exposure in a supply chain department is a plus.
- Able to problem-solve effectively and professionally.
- Strong computer skills; familiarity with excel, ERP, and inventory softwares.
- Comfortable wearing many hats in a small, fast-paced workplace.
- Possibly FLUENT IN CHINESE, but not necessary.
