As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will support a variety of clients. Every day will be different. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between client business users and our technical consultants and developers. Using your business acumen, you will assess processes, determine business requirements, and recommend best practice solutions. Our consultants are effective change agents who are able to quickly build positive relationships and immerse themselves into client environments. They are business savvy and confident in their ability to provide consultative advice.
Requirements

- Effectively manage time and work activities.
- Assist business users in defining key business processes.
- Gather customer requirements and document related user stories.
- Design/implement solutions on the Salesforce or Force.com platform.
- Proactively identify opportunities to help customers leverage Salesforce for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee testing and quality checks of recommendations.
- Perform data management functions including imports and exports, data manipulation, and cleaning
- Design custom reports, dashboards, and processes on the Salesforce platform.
- Create and deliver Salesforce training and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/school experience
- 3+ years of industry experience in manufacturing, technology or professional services
- 2+ years of business analyst and/or project management experience
- Business acumen, including a good understanding of common business processes
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud (certification a plus)
- Knowledge of database structures, tables and relationships
- Knowledge of Salesforce object model.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient use of Agile project management tools such as Jira for documenting user stories
- Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of serving customers; Ability to quickly develop trusted relationships
- Professional in communications, appearance, relationships, and responsiveness
- Positive attitude
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
