We've built an impressive book of clients already since coming out of stealth in May last year, and by November, we announced our series A funding round of $38.5m, so we're ready to scale at speed in 2021!
About the role:
We're looking for our first-in Solutions Engineer / Architect. This is an opportunity to really help define what Solutions means at Harbr. We're looking for someone who can build awesome client relationships founded on trust, be the technical face of the platform for those enterprise customers, ensure smooth deployments of our whitelabeled environment, and help our customers maximise value by pushing the platform to it's limits.
Requirements
- Work highly collaboratively with Sales to ensure a clear understanding of customer goals and expectations
- Foster and maintain trusted and highly collaborative relationships with key technical stakeholders
- Be an expert in the end to end architecture of the Harbr platform and know how to articulate the value and benefits of it’s design
- Create and maintain materials that explain the requirements, scope and dependencies of the end to end solution design
- Facilitate deep dive discussions and workshops with customers to provide assurances our platform meets their security and compliance needs
- Manage customer requirements that diverge from our target architecture to ensure compliance with our strategic and operational vision
- Be the internal champion of customer requirements that enhance the deployment and operation of the platform
- Challenge, evolve and improve internal and external processes to optimise the speed of deployment
