Title: PAN Engineer (REMOTE)
Location: Southern CA
Type: 6+ Months Contract
Rate: $Open/Hour
Requirements
Requirements
- 3-5 year experience with Palo Alto firewalls
- Experience with high availability, NAT, policy-based forwarding, and URL filtering
- In-depth knowledge and experience with IPsec VPN tunnels
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols: routing, switching, TCP, UDP, VLANs
- Knowledge of how the HTTP protocol works along with certificate-based encryption over TLS
- 2 Years of F5 load balancer experience (Really nice to have)
- 2-4 Years of general networking
- Familiar with network troubleshooting
- Familiar with VLAN creation, and VLAN trunking
- Familiar with VPC configuration on Nexus switches
- Familiar with packet capture and analysis (wireshark)
