Education Qualification: MBA
Experience required: Minimum 12 to 16 years of IT experience
Essential Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technology consulting experience.
- Experience in preparing scope documents and negotiating contract terms with prospects.
- Experience in creating impactful presentations that articulate customer experience values in B2C and B2B space
- Excellent understanding of the marketing, Content amp; commerce, sales amp; service cloud ecosystem.
- In-depth understanding of functionalities for solutions such as Campaign Management, Web Analytics, Web Personalization, Spend (search, social, display) Optimization, Social, CRM, digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of Customer business, their pain points/gains to be achieved and capabilities to create customer success.
- Quickly identify the business, operational, transformational challenges of the prospect and customer to provide solution recommendations
- Grow business by building on strong network connections to acquire new accounts and expand existing ones.
- Lead opportunity development including identifying new buyers in the account, opportunity qualification, win strategy/pitch development and execution, deal sizing and contract closure
- Work with marketing cloud / commerce Channel partners and grow the channel business
- Fill the gap between business and functional requirements from the customer
