Complex Networks Climate agency seeks an experienced, detail-oriented, and motivated Account Director to join our team. You will be a part of the core team that is helping the world’s most insightful brands harness the power of youth culture.

Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for managing day to day existing client relationships as well as working with the SVP of Business Development to grow new business.
  • The ideal candidate is creative, ambitious, organized and is great at managing the internal process and helping develop systems to streamline the project funnel from brief to production.
  • Work with Managing Director to manage Pamp;L margins, and staffing.
  • Build existing account relationships while prospecting and developing new accounts
  • Lead internal briefings including strategy, creative and production teams efficiently.
  • Provide constant and clear communication of project objectives, timelines, results and recaps to all relevant stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and create dossiers to inform the team on key information.
  • Write and present marketing plans on a regular basis.
  • Work internally between agency and media personnel.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of advertising experience with an aptitude for new business development
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
  • Campaign management experience
  • Win-Win attitude with a hunger to meet and exceed goals
  • Desire to work in fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Strong Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skillset
