The Challenge

The SDR is a dynamic early career sales role. This is an opportunity to be one of the earliest SDR's in a company entering high growth mode. You'll have the opportunity to support direct enterprise sales by driving lead generation, lead qualification and pipeline management. The preferred candidate has an upbeat, tenacious and competitive style with an intellectual curiosity and passion for big data, artificial intelligence and learning how to influence through consultation. This role is fully remote.


Responsibilities
  • Provide high performance support of the sales team to help source and triage deals from mid-six to mid-seven figure annual subscriptions with enterprise financial services clients
  • Research and contact prospects, speak intelligently and convincingly about our solutions and schedule qualified meetings for the direct sales team
  • Develop amp; manage customized email and outbound calling campaigns
  • Cultivate quality opportunities on a weekly and monthly basis through prospect relationship building amp; exploratory problem-solving
  • Document daily account outreach, communications and next step activities in CRM and other systems as needed
  • Work closely with the sales team to accelerate sales cycle and to extend reach into target accounts
  • Develop business analysis skills to qualify leads
  • Passion for learning how to influence through consultation, enterprise software sales, highly dedicated work ethic amp; helping hand mindset
  • Ability to take on additional duties as needed in coordination with professional development through active, self-driven, on-the-job learning
  • Navigates, researches, and evaluates stakeholder influence or buying power within global, large, matrix’ed organizations

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS (or MA/MS) in relevant field, with coursework in finance, business, economics or statistics
  • Minimum 6 months experience generating and qualifying leads (internships qualify!)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AI technology writ large and technical solution sales in particular
  • Basic understanding of banking, consumer or commercial data, predictive analytics
  • Strong working knowledge of qualification questions and cold calling
  • Strong research skills
  • Flexible, autonomous and self-motivated approach
  • Passion for complex problems and initiative to solve them with others

  • Understanding of value-selling and ideal customer profile mapping
  • Experience working as an SDR
  • Active listener
  • Strong EQ, even stronger ability to connect and influence others with human-centered communication style
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
