Department Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director Client Success, you coordinate the completion of multiple parallel projects on time, within budget and within scope, in a post-sale capacity.

Job Summary amp; Purpose

Reporting to the Senior Director Client Success, this is a client-facing role within the Client Success team, which delivers on all aspects of commercial programs (media, custom solutions, content marketing and custom video.) The Client Success Manager will take ownership of specific accounts and oversee all delivery tasks across a number of sold programs.

  • Execute cross-platform custom marketing programs rooted in digital, social, media and experiential that elevate integrated marketing and advertising sales initiatives
  • Execute on deliverables, including the editorial, email, ad delivery, trade marketing, audience development and business intelligence.
  • Strong focus on performance monitoring and recap presentations to fuel renewals
  • Form recommendations to grow business opportunities with existing clients

You’ll need to be an excellent communicator as you’ll be working across multiple departments in the global business, ensuring all aspects of each project are successfully delivered. We’re a high-performance team looking for someone who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key role responsibilities

  • Identify and manage internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all tasks are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Foster positive relationships with assigned clients, earning their trust and increasing likelihood of renewals
  • Prepare reports for internal teams and external clients regarding status and success of projects in collaboration with multiple teams
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to senior management as needed
  • Monitor campaign performance and make strategic recommendations

Requirements

What do I need to succeed?

  • Three or more years experience working for a fast-paced agency (media, digital or creative) or media company, preferably in a client facing role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A curious mind that leads to better recommendations for campaign success and internal processes
  • Solid grasp of digital media products, standards and best practices
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns
  • Experience working with content creation teams preferred
  • Strong organizational habits including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Digital-savvy, with strong understanding of virtual networking tools, Google suite and and Microsoft products
