Job Summary
Streamline is looking for a Project Manager to support our rapidly growing Municipal and Industrial (Mamp;I) Division with a national focus. The successful candidate will have a competent grasp of the wastewater process including but not limited to the following: activated sludge, f:m, headworks, primary and secondary clarifiers, oxidation ditches, biochemistry, advanced oxidation/redox processes, wastewater collection systems, BOD/COD demand. The ability to travel when necessary is required.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Provides field service for assigned accounts including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and controls troubleshooting and repair of chemical dosing systems.
- Supports or leads installation or upgrades of chemical dosing systems for company projects.
- Supports with onsite equipment assembly and chemical handling / mixing.
- Works closely with regional account teams to identify and troubleshoot problems and to prioritize corrective actions.
- Develops, maintains, and executes preventative maintenance programs and training for assigned accounts.
- Provides advance site evaluations, utility identification, and hazards identification.
- Responsible to schedule and document all field service activities.
- Responsible for site inspections and safety reviews during all site service visits.
- Provides project installation team leadership.
- Coordinates project installation schedules and required bill-of-materials with project team including frequent interaction with customer representatives.
- The position is responsible for establishing regular communication with critical customer contacts.
- Performs water and vapor sampling duties as necessary.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification
- Associates Degree, Chemistry or Biology required
- Five plus years of project management/ field service experience required
- Five plus years of experience in troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and controls of chemical dosing systems in the field required
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite required
- 75% yearly travel to operational sites required
- Must be able to push/ pull/ lift up to 75lbs amp; sit/ stand/ walk for four plus hours at a time required
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship required
- Ability to pass a drug, alcohol, and background screening required
- Wastewater Operator License preferred
- Self-drive independent work style preferred
