About the Role
Capella is looking for a project manager with experience managing electronics and software projects. In this role, you'll work with technical leads in the radar team to create and maintain project plans, risk plans, manage resource loadings, and build tools to track activities and predict project timelines. We're open to a variety of project management methodologies, but the successful candidate must be familiar with both agile and waterfall in order to effectively interact with other teams at Capella, and to be able to apply the different project management solutions as appropriate. This position can be located in either Louisille, CO or San Francisco, CA.
Requirements
- Experience working with hardware technical leads to develop project plans
- Experience tracking resource loading over multiple projects
- Experience using both agile and waterfall project planing and tracking tools
- Experience summarizing and communicating project plans effectively
- Experince Managing Similar projects
Required Qualifications:
- This position requires special access to conduct the work and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
