This position will report directly to the head of HR.
Recruiting: 50%
- Manage the entire candidate journey, from post job listing to cold outreach to interview coordination to offer negotiation and the candidates' first day
- Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
- Manage efficient, fast-paced recruiting operations that support the company’s growth plans while focused on providing great candidate experience
- Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and compensation.
- Keep all records up to date in ATS.
HR Operations: 30%
- Assist HR Director with HRIS administrations, performance reviews, learning amp; development, employee relations, and company events
Culture amp; Engagement: 20%
- Be responsible for all aspects of employee relations, workplace experience, and diversity amp; inclusion.
This is a remote position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the related field
- 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting and HR experience ideally at a fast-paced start-up
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with the hiring manager and drive the recruiting process
- Highly organized and personable with a "whatever-it-takes" attitude
- Experience working with strict timelines
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to navigate competing prior
