The Sales Manager is responsible for implementing the business plan for the branch office by recruiting, coaching, training, and holding his or her brokers and staff to production standards. The Sales Manager is expected to support and promote all company products, services, programs and personnel in order to fulfill the company’s vision of delivering an extraordinary real estate experience.
