• Provide Information Technology (IT), Information Management (IM), and Information Assurance (IA) support d to the CFC/USFK CJ3 Directorate
• Install and configure IT systems, managing and ensuring operational availability of all IT equipment items and software owned and operated by CJ3 personnel.
• Maintain existing web-based customer service interface, which allows customers to request contractor support for service.
• Manage and implement information system security programs in accordance with all applicable DoD directives
• Provide SharePoint Data and Content Management for NIPRNET, CENTRIXS-K, and SIPRNET CJ3 web locations to include site collection management, permissions management, storage oversight, accessibility considerations, and SharePoint web interface design, maintenance, and management.
• Build and maintain a process for establishing and managing end user network and e-mail accounts for all information systems used within the CJ3.
• Provide knowledge management and on-site network connection support for periodic Rehearsal of Concept (ROC) drills.
• Manage the CFC/USFK CJ3 internal Information Assurance (IA) oversight program and ensure all required processes and procedures are in place and that the CJ3 is in compliance with all applicable higher headquarters IA directives.
• Update and maintain diagrams depicting current CFC/USFK J3 communications layouts, including all IT equipment as laid out on office and workspace floorplans.
• Develop information and document management processes for CJ3.
• Manage e-mail distributions boxes and file shares for NIPRNET, CENTRIXS-K, and SIPRNET for the CJ3.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or seven (7) years or more of similar training and/or experience in related IT fields.
• IAT level II
• IAM Level I
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

This job is located at US Army Garrison Humphreys in South Korea.
