A cancer diagnosis is something no one wants to hear. Too often, cancer is detected late, once it has spread and treatment options are limited. But cancer can be more effectively treated with an intent to cure if caught in the earlier stages. At Thrive, an Exact Sciences Company, our goal is to transform this outlook: to catch cancer earlier, including several with no screening options today, to improve patient outcomes. We are developing a blood-based test that is designed to be affordable and utilized as part of routine medical care to detect multiple types of cancer at earlier stages. Our approach goes beyond a cancer diagnosis. We are developing a platform that will serve as a resource to help patients and their families maneuver the often confusing and overwhelming path that follows a cancer diagnosis.

The RoleThe Senior Planner is responsible for calculating demand requirements through NetSuite Demand Planning, coordinating with Manufacturing to generate build schedules, and release work orders. The Senior Planner will be the primary Supply Chain representative on NetSuite Supply Chain enhancements, reporting requests, will coordinate NetSuite periodic update regression testing and train other key users. The Senior Planner will also be responsible for managing new part creation or change, investigate change impact, as well as bill of material (BOM) creation and maintenance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Serve as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration and super-user for site operations.· Coordinate with Manufacturing to develop a production schedule.· Manage new part set-up, bill of materials, product forecasts, re-order points, work orders, and planning attributes.· Support of continuous improvement within the ERP system and other systems utilized by the supply chain team.· Route quality system documents for review and assessment by expanded cross-functional teams and coordinate actions and follow up as a result of the review.· Identify and communicate changes in schedules and delivery with applicable teams and end users to achieve resolution.· Work closely with Manufacturing to determine stocking levels and expediting orders.· Prepare reports, metrics, and data summaries as requested.· Participate in production planning utilizing Demand Planning and manual systems.· Assist the Accounting team with timely resolution and information gathering related to work order variances or concerns.· Prepare information for meetings to help highlight/resolve supply or production issues.· Keep Supply Chain Manager informed of all activities.· Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained on either the requisition or purchase order to support order placement.· Strong attention to detail.· Ability to work effectively in team situations, as well as independently.· Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing, and evolving environment.· Ability to check requisitions for completeness and clarity, obtain any missing information, if needed, to support clear purchase order generation.· Ability to follow documented procedures at they relate to business process or Quality requirements.·
