OBJECTIVE
Your main focus is to support the development and execution of customization products. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining multiple development resources from the initial stages of set-up to final production. You will be collaborating with multiple departments through the development process to ensure all customized products are completed as requested and in the appropriate time frame.
YOUR JOB
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review submitted orders for production with Customization Manager to confirm the requested items can be fulfilled and timelines can be met
- Analyze inventory needs with the Production team by evaluating current and future orders for each season
- Collaborate with Customization Manager and Production Art team to select suitable colors for submitted orders
- Work closely with business units to communicate and prioritize orders on customization workflow calendars so all necessary parties have visibility to workload and key milestone dates which pertain to their department
- Drive item setup process for all customization programs by communicating with sourcing on pricing, entering product and design data, and generating marketing spreadsheet in Business Objects
- Work directly with domestic and international vendors to request samples, track packages and send comments when needed
- Adapt to the fluctuation of project and assist with other customization and product development programs as needed

Requirements
Your Experience and Qualifications
- You have experience assisting in product management or merchandising
- You have acquired a BA or BS degree
- You have strong business orientation, analytical aptitude, and computer skills
- You are skilled in Microsoft applications and have experience using PLM systems
- You have an understanding of the brand aesthetic
