Job Description

YOUR OBJECTIVE

To improve Life is Good business processes by implementing SAP programs and worklfows, studying the latest tools and technologies and making appropriate development recommendations. To coordinate cross-functional technical agile teams to implement solutions and resolve issues on time and within budget.

YOUR JOB
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and code medium to high complexity software objects and maintain applications to keep them performing in accordance with technical and functional specifications
  • Create specialized reports for SAP modules using Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) programming languages
  • Identify and resolve Material Master (MM) issues that prevent efficient business operations
  • Design forms and screens for SAP modules using tools such as SAPscript and SmartForms
  • Debug and correct complex SAP module problems by using ABAP programming language and implement OSS notes
  • Interface with functional teams to ensure the proper integration of business processes and procedures with information technology and to identify customer solutions
  • Assist in defining technical requirements for ongoing systems maintenance and future functionality to meet requirements and improve system efficiency
  • Provide technical support to users on matters related to programming of SAP modules
  • Prepare comprehensive and thorough technical program documentation including but not limited to specifications, test conditions, test plans, and test data
  • Train users in the use of forms and complex reports and provides technical assistance in defining authorization roles, custom workflows, and other related areas
  • Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, technical and functional team members, and users
  • Assist in planning and implementing SAP HANA
  • Perform related duties as assigned
  • Spend most of the time looking at a computer monitor, using a keyboard and visually analyzing and creating complex technical data

Requirements

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • You have a BS in Information Systems or equivalent
  • You have participated as a subject matter expert or having managed at least 3 full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementations
  • You have 5 plus years’ experience of large-scale SAP implementation experience
  • You are adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients
  • You have experience with SAP Netweaver
  • You are a proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • You have SAP Core Experience in two or more or the following modules: Sales amp; Distribution (SD), Material Manager (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Logistics Execution (LE) and Finance (FI) or (Controlling) CO
  • You have in depth knowledge of ABAP Workbench, ABAP Objects, Business Applications Programming Interface (BAPI), Business Add In (BADI), Remote Function Call (RFC), Intermediate Document (IDOC), Batch Data Communication (BDC) and ABAP List Viewer (ALV) programmi
  • You have experience with User Exits, Smart Forms and Debug
  • You have experience working on ERP Central Component (ECC) 6.0 and SAP Apparel amp; Footwear (AFS) 6.0- 6.5 with an understanding of the enhancement framework
  • You have experience with ECC upgrades processes including SPAU and SPDD
  • You have experience with BW and BO reporting tools
  • You have knowledge of Demandware, iVendix integration touch points and Dell Boomi and SFTP integration tools
  • You have In depth knowledge of the transport management system
  • You have SAP R/3 certification in Release 4.6C or later
