Job Description

The Harness Software Delivery Platform includes Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Efficiency, Continuous Verification, and Continuous Features. Position Summary
You will develop, implement and manage Harness’ corporate security and compliance practice. Reporting to the CFO, the candidate will build the foundation of risk assessment practices, policies, procedures, and reporting at Harness. Work cross functionally to advocate for security and privacy across the company with the goal of instilling trust in Harness from our customers, partners, regulators and employees. Maintaining compliance, optimizing security practices and mitigating risk as Harness continues to scale.Responsibilities
  • Proactively protect the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of all customer and company data
  • Directly responsible for policies, procedures, and controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal and audit requirements as well as good business practices
  • Identify regulatory, legislative, and industry specific compliance requirements and define controls that can be used to meet those requirements
  • Act as privacy and compliance officer and serves as the intake on security related inquiries and coordinating with subject matter experts
  • Lead compliance programs, projects, system implementations, or OCC initiatives
  • Recruit and retain top talent
About You
  • 10+ years of security, governance, risk, and compliance related leadership within a complex fast growing global business environment;
  • Demonstrable knowledge across compliance and certifications, including FAIR, ISO27001, SOX, SOC I/II, PCI, NIST800-53/82/171 and Privacy Regulations (GDPR, )
  • You have established and managed infosec policies and standards in a growing company
  • Broad knowledge of applicable regulatory, legal rules and requirements
  • Background in building, leading and retaining Security and Compliance teams
