NOTE: This is initially a 6 month temporary assignment, beginning in March 2021.
Your Job:As the Temporary Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcer, you will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, serving as both a coordinator and sourcer. You will support and coordinate recruiting efforts across the organization and play a key role in providing a positive experience for candidates start to finish. You will have various projects that share a common outcome and goal of building our talent brand and candidate interest. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to, supporting the talent acquisition process, sourcing and active outreach to passive talent, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders. We're looking for someone who cares deeply about great service and execution.Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, scheduling interviews, and facilitating virtual interviews (and onsite interviews when we return to the office).
  • Partner closely with Recruiters to understand specific talent needs to successfully build a diverse pipeline of active and passive top talent through various sourcing channels.
  • Deliver qualified diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships with external candidates and organizations.
  • Post jobs and create offer letters.
  • Recruiting is about people: You keep your clients, i.e. candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters, in the loop. You build relationships, keep everyone on track, and move the process forward as quickly as possible.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination, scheduling, and/or sourcing experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and other non traditional sourcing tools is a major plus
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • A commitment to and track record of delivering high touch, world-class service to internal and external candidates and employees
  • Adaptability and openness to learning and incorporating new recruiting strategies, tactics, and processes
  • Strong calendar management skills and incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet multiple competing deadlines while effectively balancing workload.
  • Flexibility: able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat; comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
  • Strong self-starter ability to take on and complete projects with minimal direction.
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills with all MS Office Suite applications (including: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HR applications and tools.
