SummaryCprime is looking for Agile Coaches to help further our Agile transformation and to coach executives and teams at the Portfolio and Program levels using the Scaled Agile (SAFe) Framework. You are a strong practitioner with skills to educate and help Agile teams at differing levels of maturity. You will also work with senior leadership to increase team effectiveness and implement Agile principles. As the coach, you will have a toolkit of experience and an extensive track record of introducing best practices, overcoming challenges and ensuring that the team has all the necessary skills to make them successful. This role will be remote, requires fluency with English and Portuguese in order to work with teams and programs in Brazil Time zone One (BRT).
Job Responsibilities
  • Train and Coach Agile teams on Agile practices, techniques, and semantics ensuring that all team-related ceremonies take place and those who attend understand their purposes while teaching all to keep within the time-boxes.
  • Provide support for the development of a sustainable Agile Framework.
  • Identify and coach internal Agile champions, to remove reliance on external mentors.
  • Ensure Agile metrics are being tracked, monitor them for indications of potential problems, and assist teams to implement solutions to those problems.
  • Assist in resolving impediments that prevent Agile teams from completing sprint commitments.
  • Assist in Agile Iteration and Release Planning
  • Provide guidance on creating Agile artifacts
  • Facilitate team breakout sessions with an eye on process and related best practices
Qualifications
  • 5 years experiences coaching or fulling roles in a scaled agile methodology at a program level or higher
  • 2+ years of agile coaching programs, 2+ at Enterprise or Portfolio Level preferred
  • Preferred experience with:
  • Scaling with SAFe methodology and framework; experience using different agile frameworks and methodologies
  • Building corporate process based on SAFe to meet regulatory or company requirements
  • Analyzing regulatory or corporate requirements to establish control in scaled agile environment
  • Experience executing Agile projects in large, complex environments
  • Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices
  • World-class facilitation and communication skills
  • Candidates need to be able to take a pragmatic approach in coaching the teams with the ability to adapt based on the agile 'readiness' of the team they are working with.
  • Strong Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Education and Certifications
  • 4 year college or university degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Agile certifications Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC) preferred
  • Proficiency with multiple Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. JIRA, Rally, VersionOne)
  • Experience developing training materials and conducting training
