We are looking for a driven and impactful individual to join our Business Excellence and Transformation Team. This role will lead Accounting initiatives to digitize through automation and support global accounting operations by providing expertise and guidance on automation and data analytics.
As the Manager for Automation and Analytics, you will partner across the organization to influence business decisions by developing robust metrics, simplifying complex processes, making recommendations to scale for business growth and global standardization.
Drive transformation in the areas of people, process, and technology by influencing new ways of working, demonstrating human and machine capabilities.What You'll Do:
- Program lead for advanced automations and analytics by developing strategic plans, assembling multi-functional resourcing, leading communications and organizational change plans, executing sophisticated projects with low cost, efficiency, high adoption and success.
- Lead all aspects of automations, including building, training, constructing and maintaining efficient, reusable and reliable configurations with robotic process automation software and tools as well as testing activities.
- Develop a data approach to problem-solving, focusing on key business drivers that provide insights for decision
- Other responsibilities include but are not limited to leading ad hoc projects and analyses as assigned.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. Master degree is desirable.
- 6+ years of combined experience in analytics, data, automation @ a Big 4, or best-in-class advisory firm.
- Working experience of SQL, VBA, Python, Tableau, Looker, Alteryx, Netsuite, Concur, Coupa.
- Certified UiPath RPA Advanced Developer (UiARD)
- Solid understanding of the Finance function, operating models and supporting organization structure, process best practice.
- Make sound decisions on routine matters and thrive in collaborative, constantly evolving environments.
- Think, act, and communicate clearly and confidently with all partners, including conveying business requirements to technical and non-technical users.
