About the role

We're a small but mighty team working to transform the way some of the world's largest brands think about and approach their employees' mental health. We need a highly organized and solutions-driven individual to help us operate effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will vary from day to day as you work to support team members at all levels with anything from systems management to data entry, in addition to administrative tasks for the CEO. Other responsibilities can include:

  • Client calendar and program management
  • Operational support (IT, customer support, teacher support)
  • Project management support
  • Recruiting support

Requirements

This is an entry-level position ideal for college graduates interested in learning business operations and other company functions:

  • 1-2 years experience
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive by nature with the ability to anticipate when and where support is needed
  • Confident working autonomously and with a degree of ambiguity
  • Can be adaptable in a startup environment where goals and objectives can quickly change
  • Have a positive can-do attitude willing to embrace whatever challenges we face
